Please read these Terms carefully before using Vocentia. By creating an account or using our services, you ("Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Vocentia is an AI-powered voice assessment platform that enables educators to create, administer, and automatically grade oral assessments submitted by students using speech recognition and large language model AI.
You must be at least 18 years of age, be an educator or authorized institutional representative, and have legal capacity to enter binding agreements.
You agree to provide accurate information and maintain account confidentiality. Notify us immediately at sales@vocentia.com of any unauthorized access.
Access is on a subscription basis. Pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed via PayPal. We do not store card details. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Contact sales@vocentia.com within 14 days for billing disputes.
Use Vocentia only for lawful educational purposes. Obtain student consent before submitting recordings. You may not reverse-engineer the platform, resell access, or upload malicious content.
Vocentia's software, design, and branding are our exclusive property. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Vocentia a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
AI-generated scores and feedback assist educators but do not constitute final academic decisions. AI assessments may contain errors and must be reviewed. Final academic decisions remain solely the Subscriber's responsibility.
Vocentia is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify Vocentia from claims arising from your use of the platform, breach of these Terms, or content you submit.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
You may cancel at any time by contacting sales@vocentia.com. We may suspend accounts for Terms violations. Upon termination, access ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
